Kerthen Gar is a family run campsite for people who cherish being immersed in nature. We are an adults only campsite and don't allow pets as we value a calm and undisturbed atmosphere where nature can thrive. Our site is 8 acres and we only offer 10 pitches, ensuring guests enjoy a private and peaceful stay.

We are surrounded by the beauty of the Cornish countryside. The campsite links directly to the national footpath and bridleway network, offering wonderful walks to the river Hayle, Godolphin hill and Tregoning hill. From the top, you can take in spectacular views over St. Michael's Mount and Mounts bay.

We are also very close to the West Kernow Way cycle route.

As part of our green approach to camping our electricity is solar-generated. Therefore, we can supply charging points for small electrical devices only- just ask the site manager.

Please note we do not have facilities to provide continuous electrical hook-up (EHU) or disposal of chemical toilet waste.
